This Site is intended for the use of residents of the United States. Please note that information we collect may be transferred and processed in the United States; therefore be aware if you are located in Canada, the European Union, or any other country outside the United States. By using the Site or by providing us with any information you irrevocably agree and acknowledge that (i) the Site is subject to the laws of the United States and (ii) the collection, processing, maintenance, and transfer of such information in done in the United States in which the laws on privacy may not be as comprehensive to those in the country where you, the User, reside and/or are a citizen of, and (iii) you waive any claims that may arise under those laws.

Pricing Information & Availability 

Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC cannot confirm the price or availability of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing or availability errors may occur on our website. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may be different on our website from prices available in other marketing materials or media. 

Order Acceptance and Billing

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC. All billing information you provide to us must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 

If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. 

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products ordered, as well as all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. We will attempt to notify you should such limits be applied. Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to not sell products to some individuals. If a sale was made, Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refund the sale before shipment. Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “reselling” will be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of the same product(s) to a third party. 

Promotional Codes/Coupons

Promotional codes and coupons are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes and coupons are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes and coupons may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code or coupon.

Warranty

All Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC devices purchased through Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC or from an authorized distributor include a factory warranty of 5 years or lifetime (One Hand Bundle or Two Hand Bundle, respectively) against defects in materials or workmanship from Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC, who may extend this warranty period under certain conditions. 

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with your name and address. The device must not show any damage other than normal every day wear and tear for the warranty to apply. Devices outside the warranty period can still be serviced for additional cost. Only one warranty repair/replacement per customer.

Any attempt to defraud Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC or its representatives will void any and all warranties and/or guarantees referenced or claimed on the website and/or in any other promotional or instructional documentation.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days of order placement. If more time is required for processing, the customer will be notified by email. Orders are shipped with USPS. International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.

If the customer refuses delivery, Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as an 8% restocking fee from any refund due. Multiple shipping attempts from Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC may incur additional shipping fees.

Florida Sales Tax Charges

For orders shipped to addresses within Florida, a 6% (or other applicable) sales tax will be applied. All other US based orders are shipped without Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC collecting sales tax. International orders may require duties to be paid in your country for importation. Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.

International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges

Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC.

International Shipping Notice

When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. 

If the package is refused by the customer, Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.

By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.

Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.

Money Back Guarantee – 60 Days

We understand that it may not be for everyone. We do, however, want you to give it time to work with your body. Our health professions recommend a minimum of 1 daily treatment session for a minimum of 4 weeks, with some people seeing results sooner, depending on the person.

Any device which was purchased directly through Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC is eligible for a refund within the first 60 days, starting from the date of delivery. Prior to returning, please call or email us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, toll free, at 1-800-450-6118. Our customer support hours are during regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time, M-F). When returning your CarpalRx device, please include the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will be provided to you by a Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC representative. Once returned, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment. Please note that only orders placed directly through Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC are eligible for the money back guarantee. 

Money back guarantee only valid for orders placed directly with Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC. Shipping fees on orders placed and shipped are non-refundable.

Money back guarantee may be voided by Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC if customer paid a discount price for the product. Such will be indicated in a separate invoice or email to the customer.

Return Policy

If you purchased your device directly from Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC, we offer a 60-day return policy through our money back guarantee. Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Prior to returning, please call at 1-800-450-6118 or email us to speak with a customer support representative, and our support representatives will issue a unique RMA number and provide instructions on how to return devices. Our customer support hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time, M-F.

When returning your CarpalRx device, please include the RMA number (given to you by a Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: CarpalRx, 37 Manor Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. When shipping your device, please obtain insurance for the full value of the device and a tracking number from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC Once returned, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment. Please note that once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in Carpal Pain Solutions, LLC refusing the parcel.

All returns/exchanges must include the complete device and other items originally shipped in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device. Any items missing from the return shipment will be deducted, at full value, from the refund. Refunds for devices do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charges.

Privacy

Please review the Privacy Policy before you use this Site. The information that we obtain through your use of the Site, whether through the registration process, at the point of purchase, or otherwise, is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you are not willing to accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, then you do not have the right to access, view, download, or otherwise use the Site or purchase any product found on this Site and, accordingly, you are asked not to do so.

Compliance

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST CARPAL PAIN SOLUTIONS, LLC IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS ACTION MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
