  • Pain
  • Numbness
  • Tingling
  • Weakness

  • Shooting electric shocks
  • Symptoms wake you up at night

You may have either Carpal Tunnel or Flexor Tendonitis

Find out which condition you have by taking these 3 simple, fast, & accurate

carpal tunnel syndrome self tests: Ready to take your carpal tunnel test at home?

  • Settle down (partner preferred but not necessary) in a quiet room for a few minutes.

  • Distractions deliver unreliable results, so make sure you're not disturbed during your carpal tunnel self test.

How'd your carpal tunnel testing go?

If you answered "no" to ALL of the above carpal tunnel testing questions, then your symptoms may be due to tendonitis. To find out, jump to the Flexor Percussion test below.

If you answered "yes" to ANY of the above test questions, then it's likely you have carpal tunnel syndrome.

If you have carpal tunnel, then your condition is classified either as:

  1. Mild: Symptoms are annoying but don't interfere with your quality of life.

  2. Moderate: Symptoms periodically interfere with your quality of life.

  3. Severe: Symptoms make your daily life miserable.

My condition is classified as
MILD

Congratulations on seeking help early in the game!

Simple interventions like resting your hand & carpal tunnel exercises make symptoms disappear in over 90% of patients.

Check out Dr. Z's blog articles showing hand exercises special for:

My condition is classified as MODERATE

Your opportunity is to nip symptoms in the bud BEFORE they become severe.

50% of moderate-stage carpal tunnel advances to severe. Further, 80% of people with carpal tunnel in one hand end up getting it in the other hand too. Those percentages aren't good news, but here's a much better one:

50% of patients with moderate-stage carpal tunnel syndrome can eliminate their symptoms with:

  • Regular resting
  • Night bracing
  • Stretching exercises
  • Myofascial release massage

My symptoms are classified as SEVERE

Your opportunity is to restore your hands to health non-surgically.

It's important to act FAST to stop progression to end-stage carpal tunnel. People with end-stage are recognizable because their hands are distinctively claw-shaped & they've lost the ability to grasp anything.

CarpalRx is designed to treat severe symptoms & eliminate them in 97% of patients.

See Belen's testimonial: CarpalRx reversed her severe-stage carpal tunnel and saved her career.

Flexor Percussion Test
  • Use two fingers to tap your flexor tendons just below your wrist crease. The tendons are the rope-like structures on the palm side (not the back side) of your forearm.

  • Tap each tendon all along its length, halfway to your elbow. Tap several times up and down on each tendon. Then tap vigorously all around your forearm.
Flexor Percussion test for tendonitis.
4) Flexor Percussion Test
Does any of the tapping reproduce your symptoms or make them worse?

Did you answer "yes" to the Flexor Percussion test?

If you answered "yes," then it's likely you have flexor tendonitis instead of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Tendonitis is easier to treat!

What to do if I have tendonitis?

Whether your tendonitis is mild, moderate, or severe, the treatment is identical.

  • Avoid what's stressing your hand,
  • Perform regular stretching exercises,
  • Use myofascial massage on your wrist & forearm.

CarpalRx provides a deep, myofascial release massage that's also perfect for tendonitis.
